Alex brings more than 18 years of experience in software engineering and over a decade of leadership in building and scaling engineering organizations. Throughout his career, he has led the development of fintech platforms, banking systems, brokerage solutions, and high-load distributed architectures, managing teams of more than 300 specialists and driving large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

His expertise spans technology strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud-native platforms, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices. Alex has successfully led the transition of complex enterprise systems to microservices architectures and helped organizations improve speed, scalability, and operational efficiency. He has also been actively involved in the adoption of AI-driven technologies, enabling financial institutions to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver more personalized digital experiences.

As CTO, Alex will lead Fineeo's technology strategy, platform architecture, and engineering excellence. As a member of the Board of Directors, he will contribute to the company's long-term vision and growth strategy.

His appointment comes at an important stage in Fineeo's development as the company continues to expand its portfolio of next-generation banking, CRM, CVM, and digital engagement solutions. Alex's experience will help accelerate the evolution of the Fineeo platform, including the integration of AI-powered capabilities that enable financial institutions to become more agile, customer-centric, and data-driven.
