On June 20, Paul Popov, Chairman of the Board at Fineeo, will speak at the second AI Qadam Meetup at IMPACT.T Innovation Hub.

His talk, “From Chatbot to Agent Orchestra,” will focus on the architecture of AI-powered customer service platforms — and on what separates an impressive demo from a production-grade system built for real workloads, complex processes, and a high cost of error.

Pavel will discuss why a single chatbot is not enough for enterprise-level use cases, how specialized AI agents can work together across intent recognition, knowledge search, actions, quality control, analytics, and human escalation, and where such systems most often fail in practice.

The talk is based on Pavel’s vast hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex technology platforms for banks and fintech companies, including AI-driven customer experience solutions, speech analytics, RAG, on-premise LLMs, and agent-based systems.
